Our Story
For years nearly half of a century, Rosebud Restaurants have been bringing classic Italian food to Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. Each location has an authenticity and a high level of quality and service that have become an industry standard. Rosebud’s founder, Alex Dana, has built a family of restaurants that are woven into the very fabric of Chicago.
Meet Our Rosebud Spotlight: Chef Davide! 🌹
Chef Davide began his journey with Rosebud nearly 8 years ago, stepping into the kitchen at @rosebud_rush as a young chef in training. Since then, he’s grown into a true leader, rising through the ranks as Executive Chef at Mama’s Boy and now serving as both Chef and Manager at @rosebud_deerfield.
For Davide, Rosebud is more than a restaurant group. It’s an iconic name in Chicagoland hospitality, a place that honors quality ingredients, and most importantly, a team that feels like family. From kitchen to front of house, he thrives in the collaborative energy and takes pride in bringing his Italian roots to every plate.

Since joining Rosebud in 2024, Airely has moved swiftly from the salad station to the Chef’s coat, bringing passion and precision to every step of her journey.
She’s sharpened her skills across several of our kitchens, from @carmines_rosemont and @rosettaitalian to @estalocarestaurant and even @miarosebud_bocaraton. No matter where she’s cooking, her commitment and talent shine through.
If you asked her her favorite dish, she’d tell you the Chicken Parmesan is a classic for a reason.
